An event is a single clickwrap acceptance by an end user. Each time a user clicks "I Agree" and we capture their consent record, that counts as one event. Viewing the modal without accepting does not count.

Never. You can invite unlimited team members, create unlimited templates, and connect as many integrations as you need. We only charge based on the number of clickwrap events processed.

No. All plans are month-to-month with no annual commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Your data stays available for 30 days after cancellation.

We will notify you before you reach the limit. Once you hit 500 events, new acceptances are paused until you upgrade to Premium or the next billing cycle begins. We never charge surprise fees.

Each pricing tier applies only to the events within that bracket. For example, if you process 10,000 events: the first 500 are free, events 501-5,000 are billed at €0.050, and events 5,001-10,000 are billed at €0.040. You always pay the lowest rate for each portion.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to all features until then.
